Our Future Start with You - 2025-2050 Long-Range Transportation Plan sets the course for transportation needs across all of Richland County. To ensure alignment with community preferences, a meticulously crafted VeraVoice survey was formulated, aimed at soliciting public input. This endeavor seeks to inform the allocation of federal and state funding towards transportation endeavors and projects deemed most valuable by constituents over the ensuing 25 years, spanning from 2025 to 2050. Tailored to the specific requirements of the Richland County Regional Planning Commission (RCRPC), this bespoke survey exemplifies the adaptability and efficacy of VeraVoice Surveys in facilitating diverse planning initiatives, particularly in the realm of soliciting comprehensive public feedback.
This survey was designed to gather insights from public regarding future transportation issues and needs within the Terre Haute Metropolitan Planning Area. The public was invited to identify areas with issues and needs for improvement by dropping a pin on the map and providing a description of the issues. The collected input played a crucial role in assisting the team in developing the future year travel demand model for the Terre Haute Metropolitan Planning Area.
From August 17 to September 14 in 2022, KYTC utilized VeraVoice to collect location-specific comments from stakeholders regarding transportation issues, needs, and potential solutions for the identified statewide study corridors. The engagement resulted in a substantial response that was instrumental in informing decision-making processes and addressing transportation challenges within the identified statewide study corridors.
This survey was designed for the City of Tamarac, FL, with the primary goal of gathering public comments for the Tamarac Comprehensive Plan. By integrating VeraVoice with the SurveyMonkey survey questionnaire, the survey provides flexibility by accommodating both traditional form-based surveys as well as map-based online surveys.
During the first quarter of 2021, KYTC leveraged VeraVoice to gather insights from the Project Team, Planning Partners, and key stakeholders (grasstops) regarding the Kentucky Statewide Corridor Plan. The survey successfully collected hundreds of comments, providing valuable input in identifying corridor issues and needs, enabling the project team to develop effective improvement strategies for the designated statewide study corridors.
